Lucky Moment Pick winners will be randomly selected from eligible participants each week during the campaign. The selected participants will be announced on POCOCO’s official channels.

A: The #POCOCOMoments campaign runs from September 23 to October 21, 2026. All entries must be successfully submitted before the campaign deadline to be eligible.

A: Your entry will be considered valid when all of the following requirements are met:

• You publish an original Instagram Reel related to the My POCOCO Moment theme
• The Reel link is valid and accessible
• Tag both official accounts: @lifewithpococo and @pococo_store
• Add hashtag: #POCOCOMoments
• Keep your Instagram account and Reel public during the campaign
• Complete the entry form on the official website
• Do not submit duplicate content or invalid links.

Each participant may use only one Instagram account and one valid email address to participate. POCOCO reserves the right to disqualify duplicate entries, entries that do not meet the campaign requirements, or participants who violate the campaign rules.

A: You may submit multiple entries during the campaign, but each participant may use only one Instagram account and one valid email address to participate. If multiple entries are submitted by the same participant, only the last eligible entry submitted will be considered for the Grand Prize and Second Prize evaluation.

Once your submission has been reviewed and confirmed as a valid entry, a $5 off coupon will be automatically sent to the email address provided in your entry form.

POCOCO will never ask you to pay a fee to claim a prize.

Submitted applications cannot be edited directly, but you may submit a new application. If you submit multiple applications, the information from your most recently submitted form will be treated as the final record. Entry evaluation will still follow the rules stated in Question 8.
