30-day Return & Refund
Items directly purchased from pococo.com can be returned in 30-days for a full refund or exchanged under the following conditions:
1. Damages and issues
- Missing, Damaged, or Wrong Items.
- Malfunctions or Serious Product Quality Issues.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at support@pococo.com immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
2. Products are unopened and you just don't like it
If your product is unopened you are eligible for a return or refund.
While the return is prompted by your own motives, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable & Refund Items Include, But Are Not Limited To:
1. Product from Unauthorized Reseller of Pococo.
2. Any fault or damage of the product is caused by personal reasons.
3. A product sent to Pococo for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments, or packaging, or any item that is not in new or like-new condition.
4. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
5. Giveaways or free items.
Return and Refund Instructions
To start a return, you can contact us at support@pococo.com and send us the following information so that we can confirm your order and deal with your after-sale problems more quickly.

3. Images or Videos of Products and Intact Packaging
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The replacement and refund process will be initiated as soon as we have received your returned product.
Refund Time
Your return will be inspected within 3 business days after we received it. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund in 1 business day. If you are approved, your refund will be processed in 7-14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method ( E.g. credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods) within a certain amount of days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.
Return Shipping Costs
Pococo shall bear the freight for returns and replacements caused by product quality problems;
For non-quality problems, customers need to pay for the return shipping fees.

Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Below is our policy regarding cancellations:
1. Cancellation Timeframe
Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been shipped can be canceled and refunded in full.
After Shipping: Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may be eligible for a return.
2. How to Cancel an Order

3. Processing Cancellations
If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
