  1.  Does the planetarium projector come with discs?

Yes, the galaxy projector includes two free discs:
The Diamond Star: A classic, crisp black-and-white starry sky.
The Westerlund 2: A vibrant, full-color nebula experience.

2. My projection is blurry. How do I fix it?

If the image isn't sharp, try these quick steps:
1. Adjust Focus: Rotate the focusing ring until the stars are crisp.
2. Remove Film: Ensure the protective film on the lens is peeled off.
3. Check Placement: Verify the disc is properly seated in the tray.

3. Why is the rotation so slow?

The rotation speed is intentionally set to a calm, therapeutic pace. After extensive testing, we found this specific speed best mimics the natural movement of the night sky to help you drift off to sleep.

4. The rotation is lagging or making noise. What’s wrong?

1.Low Battery: Charge the device fully.

2.Check the Tray: Ensure the tray is pushed in all the way. It should be perfectly flush with the projector body.

Disc Alignment: Make sure the disc is snapped correctly into the slot.

5. The focus wheel is stuck or won’t turn.

Don't force it! The wheel likely hit its limit:

If the lens is at its highest point, rotate clockwise to loosen.

If the lens is at its lowest point, rotate counter-clockwise to loosen.

6. Which charger should I use?

Any standard 5V power adapter will work perfectly.

7. Can I leave it all night?

To ensure safety and longevity, the projector features a 2-hour auto-off timer. This safety setting is hardcoded and cannot be disabled.

When will my order ship?

There is generally a 3 business day processing time for all orders prior to shipment. For example: if you choose next-day shipping, this does not mean your order will arrive tomorrow. It means that your items will be sent out via next-day shipping as soon as the order is processed.


Please note, some products may have longer lead times, especially during peak seasons. We will notify customers immediately if an item is back-ordered.

Where will my orders ship from?

All orders are shipped from our US warehouse.

Why hasn’t my shipment arrived?

Many reasons can cause shipment delays such as traffic or bad weather. You can check the status of your shipment using your email address and order number on our tracking page or directly with FedEx using the FedEx tracking number provided on your invoice.

What is your refund policy?

If you purchased Pococo on our website and are not satisfied for any reason with your projector, or it was damaged upon receipt, we have a 30-day money-back guarantee.


The product must be in the same condition as it was when you received it and shipped it back to us in its original shipping material.

I ordered the wrong product. What should I do?

Before the product is shipped, we can modify the order for you free of charge. After the order is shipped, we cannot intercept it for you. If you need to return or refund, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?

Malfunction and/or breakage/damage resulting from any external factors after delivery of the product is covered under our terms of return & refund. Please notify us if you find there is any issue at support@pococostore.com
