1. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times by Region

Note for Other Countries: A flat shipping fee of $2.99 applies to orders with a subtotal below $49.

2. Order Processing & Shipment
- Processing Time: All orders typically require 1–2 business days to process before they are handed over to the carrier. Processing begins only after we receive and confirm your payment.
- Business Days: We operate Monday through Friday, excluding major public holidays (e.g., New Year's Day, Christmas).
- Post-Shipment Changes: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been shipped.
- Stock Issues: In rare cases of product unavailability during processing, we will notify you promptly via email with options.
3. Important Shipping Information
3.1 Shipping Address
- You may request to change your shipping address only before your order is shipped.
- Once the package is in transit, address changes are not possible.
- To ensure successful delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Additional fees or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer will be the customer‘s responsibility.
3.2 Potential Delivery Delays
- International shipments can occasionally be delayed due to customs inspections, local carrier efficiency, holidays, or unforeseen events.
- If your tracking information shows no movement for an unusually long time (e.g., over 10 business days), please contact us at support@pococo.com. We will assist by inquiring with the carrier.
- Please note that delivery delays alone do not qualify for order cancellation or a refund.
3.3 U.S. Tariff Adjustment
- Due to current U.S. import regulations, additional charges are applied to the shipping cost (not product price) for certain items.

- Deep Sea Marvels / Dream Nature / Enchanted Harmonies Projector Disc Sets: +$3.75 per set
- Single Projector Disc: +$0.75 per disc
- This ensures full compliance with updated tariff rules.
3.4 Taxes & Customs Duties
- Your Responsibility: Imported goods may be subject to customs duties, Value-Added Tax (VAT), or other import taxes based on your country's regulations.
- Not Collected by Us: These charges are not controlled or collected by Pococo at checkout (unless specifically stated otherwise for your region).
- For More Info: The receiving customer is responsible for paying these fees. For specifics, please contact your local customs office.
