Q1: Am I eligible to participate?
A: Yes! As long as you have used a Galaxy or Star Projector (any brand– POCOCO, SEGA, BlissLights, or others), you are welcome to sign up for this study!
Q2: What if I don't own a projector right now?
A: This recruitment is specifically for users who have experience with a projector. We want to hear real feedback and understand the actual needs of galaxy projector users. If you have never used any star projector before, you may not qualify for this particular study.
Q3: What happens after I complete the survey?
A: Once you submit your questionnaire, our research team will conduct an internal review.
If selected, we will contact you via the email address you provided. Please keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam/junk folder) for a follow-up email to confirm your interview time.
If you are not selected for this round, we will not send a separate notification. However, we truly appreciate your interest and encourage you to stay tuned for future research opportunities!
Q4: What will happen during the interview?
A: It will be a relaxed, friendly online conversation—not a test, and there are no right or wrong answers.
Language: The interview will be conducted entirely in English.
Camera: Please keep your camera on during the interview to support a natural conversation.
Recording & Privacy: With your permission, we will record the interview (video, screen, and audio) for internal research only. The recording will not be shared publicly, used for marketing, or disclosed to any third party. Your privacy will be strictly protected.
During the session, we’ll simply talk about your real experiences with your projector—how you use it in daily life, what you like, any issues you’ve faced, and any suggestions you may have.
Q5: Can I choose the date and time of the interview?
A: Yes! The questionnaire will first ask about your general availability so we can understand the time slots that work best for you.
If you are selected, we will then contact you via email research@pococo.com to confirm and finalize a specific interview time. You will also be able to choose from a list of available time slots that fit your schedule, so it won’t interfere with your daily routine.
Q6: What will I get for participating, and how do I claim it?
A: After you complete the full interview, you may choose one of the three rewards shown in Question 12 of the survey. Right after the interview, we will collect your payment or shipping details and process your reward.
Please note regarding shipping:
Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days.
Important: The new POCOCO projector model is a pre-launch product and will begin shipping in early August. Cash rewards and disc collections will be processed immediately after the interview.
Q7: Is my personal information, photos, and video secure?
A: Absolutely! All information you provide – including survey responses, photos, and video recordings – will be kept strictly confidential and used only for internal research analysis. We will never share or disclose your data to any third party. Please participate with confidence!
