We're here to answer all your POCOCO inquiries.
Are there different shipping times for different regions and products?
Yes, the arrangements are as follows:
- US/DE/FR/CA/ES/IT: Galaxy Projector, Discs Set (6PCS/8PCS) ship from FBA warehouse in 3-7 days.
- Other regions: Other products ship from our factory in 7-15 days, and will be dispatched on Feb 25th.(Factory Holiday: Feb 12-25)
When will orders delayed by the holiday be shipped?
All orders affected by the holiday will be shipped byFebruary 25th.
Will delayed orders receive any compensation or gifts?
Yes, all orders delayed due to the Spring Festival holiday will include2 random discsas a gift with your shipment.
When can I expect to receive my order?
It depends on your region and product:
- For specific products in listed countries, delivery takes 3-7 days after shipping.
- For other products in other regions, shipping starts Feb 25th, with 7-15 days delivery time.
Can urgent orders be prioritized?
During the holiday, all orders are processed in sequence, and expedited service is temporarily unavailable. We recommend placing your order early for faster processing.
Will shipping return to normal immediately after the holiday?
Yes. Shipping will gradually return to normal from February 25th. Any backlogged orders will be shipped in sequence as soon as possible.
